Framework Panel Discussion
A panel made up of Akcelerant customers from all types of financial institutions will discuss how they manage a number of key processes in the Akcelerant Framework from both a lending and collection perspective. Moderated by Akcelerant, there will be plenty of time for questions and open discussion.

Lunch will be your opportunity to participate in a series of small networking groups. With the help of Akcelerant staff, connect with others and share your experiences. Currently, there are networking groups planned for a number of different core processors and Akcelerant products. A complete listing of the groups will be found in your conference materials that will be distributed at registration.
These consecutive workshops will take an in depth look at core collection functionality in the Framework through both classroom and hands-on training.  Collection Workflow BuildingTaking place in the interactive computer lab, an Akcelerant team member will walk you through the process of building advanced workflows that can be directly applied at your financial institution. Framework Report BuildingAn Akcelerant team member will lead this session in the interactive computer lab and show you how to build and manage reports in order to get the most out of your collection system. The Right Strategy for Using Connectors This session will focus on how to best use connectors and third-party services in conjunction with the Framework in order to streamline your collection process. A Day in the Life of Collections In this session, Akcelerant will take you through a number of real-life situations faced by collections staff and show you multiple ways to manage these challenges in the Akcelerant Framework. Framework Version 11 - Business Rules Be one of the first to see how business rules will be used in the Version 11 release of the Akcelerant Framework. Framework Version 11 - Recovery New recovery functionality is coming soon in Version 11. This is your chance to preview these enhancements. |

Criteria Builder
The Criteria Builder is crucial to understanding and enhancing your use of the Search, Worklist and Priority Assignment, and Batch Letter functions. This session will give you the building blocks for using this powerful tool. Then follow on to the other sessions where you will explore practical uses for the Criteria Builder.
Advanced Search
This session will explain how to fully leverage the power of “search” functionality. Learn how to update multiple accounts at one time, create custom reports, export data in Excel, create ad hoc queries, and more!
Managing Queues
Learn everything you need to know about how to create and manage queues. This session will begin by reviewing administrative set up, worklists and priorities. We will then walk you through how queues are sorted and managed by each collector.
Upgrade Options
Are you considering upgrading to the Akcelerant Framework or do you plan to continue using Akcelerant Elements? This session will review all of your options and explain the upgrade strategies. In addition, customers who have already upgraded to the Framework will provide insight into their experience.
