History

1998 mVest Technology Solutions was founded by Jay Mossman as a technology incubator.

1999-2000 ConnectSound, Cenero, mVest Consulting, NetAtainment were founded and Polaris Consulting was purchased.

2000 Founded CollectAnywhere that eventually became Akcelerant Software.

2001 Founded Akcelerant Infrastructure Solutions through merging business lines of Polaris Consulting and mVest Consulting

2006 Sold Akcelerant Infrastructure Solutions to its management. It is now known as SecurElement.

2008 Purchased TAPS lending product line from FORUM Solutions

2009 Purchased The Guthrie Phillips Group and renamed it Akcelerant Software Canada.
